Happy Harvest

I finally got "brave" enough to use my best papers in making this card. I used paper from the Hemingway collection (V-836) found on page 26 of the Fall/Winter TAC Catalogue.
My fear has always been that I'd mess up somehow and waste the precious paper and consequently, I have a lot of unopened papers!!
In creating this card and a couple others, my fears came to fruition.
I made a couple mistakes that I couldn't creatively hide, and I now have some very odd shaped scraps of Hemingway paper tucked carefully in the bag holding the full sheets that I haven't yet used.
Anyway, I'm glad the mistakes happened because nothing devastating happened and now I'm slowly but surely using my best papers in making cards.
The stamp comes from Everyday Events (T2751) page 75 in the catalogue.

Sprigs

I used the Sprigs stamp set (T2676) that can be found on page 21 of the Fall/Winter 2008 TAC Catalogue. The cardstock is from the Greens (V-47) on page 112 of the catalogue and the green floral paper is no longer available but it is from the Designer Collection Country Cottage. This a simple, easy-to-make card that can be used for almost any occasion.

Love Blooms

I made this for a "Fall Supplement" swap. I kind of copied a sample from the supplement because it was just so perfect. The stamp set is Love Blooms and instead of a card, this is a small paper bag. I love projects like this that a practical, easy, and fun to give away!
