Yippee!!!

This isn't a TAC image but I just love this little guy (or girl) from Stampabilities and every time Hobby Lobby has a half-price sale, I purchase one or two more from this series.
The paper is from the Juliette collection from TAC. I love this paper set; the colors are gorgeous and once again, for those of us who are "challenged" in coordinating colors and papers, these sets from TAC are a godsend. The coordinating is done for you and there are lots of choices and combination possibilities in each paper pack.

Thanks!

I needed a thank you card for one of the moms at school where I work. She does so much for all of us and I truly appreciate having her in my life.
I used papers from the Juliette collection and the stamp is from the TAC Everyday Events set. That set is proving to be one of the more practical purchases I've made. If you're interested in the set, be sure to look in my on-line catalogue!

My First Blog Award!

I received this Blog Award from one of my Angelhood Sisters, Maria.
Thank you, Maria! I'm honored.

This blog invests and believes in the PROXIMITY - nearness in space, time and relationships! These blogs are exceedingly charming. These kind bloggers aim to find and be friends. They are not interested in prizes or self-aggrandizement. Our hope is that when the ribbons of these prizes are cut, even more friendships are propagated. Please give more attention to these writers! Deliver this award to eight bloggers who must choose eight more and include this cleverly-written text into the body of their award.

I hereby send these off to:

Happy Holidays

My Christmas cards this year consisted of variations of the two shown here using all TAC products.
I learned two very important things this year while making my cards. First, I need to start much, much earlier and will set a goal of at least five cards per month. The second thing I learned...I have so many friends and family, and I am so blessed to have all of them and all of you! As I started making images for the cards then put the cards together, I thought I had enough once I reached 15 cards! Boy was I wrong and boy am I grateful!
I hope all my friends and family had a great holiday season and I wish everyone a very Happy New Year!!

Celebrate You!

I needed a birthday card for a friend and ended up with three! You can see the stamp impression better in person. I used the T2882- All Occasion Icons found on page 17 of the current catalogue. The patterned paper is retired (Whimsy Blossoms) and the cardstock is from the Monochromatic collection, Blues-V45.
